Virtual Engagement

Opening Text

Daily Digital Journal

One of the most valuable communication assets is the daily digital journal. This highly customizable and “brandable” digital journal captures and makes sense of the thousands of pieces of content shared each day.  The journal is sent to a large list of individuals - made up of conference registrants and those who are interested in participating remotely.  The digital journal provides an excellent sponsorship opportunity that is highly engaging and rich in value.

Mobil App

The mobile app provides conference participants the ability to inform and create their conference experience while equipping them with live coverage tools to help capture the proceedings. This app allows participants to build their own schedule, learn about presenters and topics, access important conference news, follow social news and share their experiences with their networks through one-touch social sharing tools.

Virtual Community Village

The Virtual Community Village is a place to bring together the community by providing a safe space to share ideas, resources and tools.

Virtual Exhibition Hall

The Virtual Exhibition Hall can be an extension of the physical exhibition hall and/or a place to engage exhibitors that are not able to physically attend.  Each participating exhibitor has a virtual booth (or page) where they can post their resources, videos, and organization digital feeds.

Interactive Media Room

Given that social media has changed the way journalist report on topics, there is a need for more interactive content. The interactive media room provides journalists, bloggers, reporters and organizational outlets with tools and assets that help tell the story in more engaging ways. This includes videos, social feeds, B-Roll, conference flash-poll data, report downloads, and other digital assets.  Additionally, this is a place that journalist can publish to ensure that the conference audience has easy access to their work.

Interactive Press Release

An interactive media release pairs traditional release copy with dynamic content such as videos, social content, visual assets and social contact info.  This gives traditional and digital journalist with the tools they need to report on the story.
